Return Process

  Place the unworn shoes in their original Melissa box and secure them inside a mailing satchel to protect the signature packaging during transit.

  Post Your Item

  Print your generated shipping label and drop your package off at any Australia Post outlet, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 3-5 business days.
